Thank you for contacting the World of Warcraft Game Master Department.
Eternal Embers, required to complete the quest "All-Seeing Eye", are available from the Firelands raid. Please note, these items are Bind on Pickup, and cannot be traded to other raid members once looted. Additionally, these items can only be master looted to, rolled on, and picked up by those on the associated quest. We are aware that the tooltip for this item may not have initially stated Bind on Pickup, and we apologize for this error on our part; this issue has since been corrected.
Please note that the Game Master department is unable to assist with reassigning Eternal Embers. Once picked up/assigned and soulbound, they cannot be transferred from that character. We sincerely apologize for any frustration this may cause, and understand the effort that goes into quests of this nature.
