I've added a new question to the application process regarding Talents and Respec'ing for the raid progress.
If an applicant applies and he is NOT willing to respec, then there is absolutely no invite. If they intend to be apart of the guild, its a team work effort. If somebody is not "willing" to respec, then that means they're not willing to "cooperate".
They should not bother joining, and find a guild elsewhere. Its like requiring people to have FR and NR. |

| i agree, although if we are gonna set talent spec requirements we might want to enforce it on current raiders as well, ive seen feral druids, moonkin druids, shadow priests already. i dunno if feral or moonkin affects healing as greatly as shadow does to a priest but i know for one is that in naxx there is only room for 100% healing pve power no hybrid or pvp spec. |
