1. Clear 10 man Naxx. Official raids will be on weekends (2days normally and 3 days as need).

2. Switch people in and out to gear out more people.

3. Recruit enough players for 25 man content.

4. Establish 2nd 10 man Naxx

5. Shift offical raids to 25 man content. All 10 man raids will be unofficial casual runs.

6. Clear 25 man Naxx / Sartharion / Malygos

* For 25 man raids, zero sum dkp will be used to determine loots. We will run 2 official raids per week on weekends... we may do 3 raids as necssary for progression.

If we're going to really do 25 mans we're probably going to need to raid during the week...

Also, we need to adjust the website for recruiting and we'll have to set up some sort of DKP system.

For now. let's farm naxx 10 man some more. 25 man will just increase the drama.

best for us to get all the gears we want from 10man and have fun.

maybe revisit old instances that we never got to do. like black temple.

or kara just for fun. finish up some stupid quests that were raid based. maybe guru's lair?

let's make the most of our 10 man guild runs before we start thinking about recruit and dealing with drama.... its relaxing right now.

im sure there are some old bip members scattered that might want to join up again and have fun.
