Before i start, i may need an edit. Drunk as usual but this thread needs to be done. Going to start a thread here were people post their current item level and times they can raid. I would like to see us raiding 3 nights a week like we used to do. In the past we used 2-3 days based on the availability of guild members. Everyone's posts are welcome so lets get rolling. Its simple just post your current ilvl and days of the weeks and times.

My item level is 345 but I am using a few reforged pieces of dps gear in my tanking set.
monday to thursday I should be on between 9 and 10 server and should be in bed by 12 server
Friday to sunday I'm good whenever pref afternoon or evening |

Current item lvl: 350
Days i'm available:
Monday - Wednesday anytime after 7pm EST (Might be on earlier, but I haven't set up my schedule for spring semester yet.) These days work best.
Thursday - Sunday i'm a anytime after 10pm EST for me (I work those days, but sometimes get out way earlier between 8pm-9pm and on occasion I get out around 10:30-11pm on Thursdays depending on how busy it is.) |

In terms of weekdays, I'd prefer Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday evenings. I'm available after 6pm server time.
Weekends work well, as I'm available at any time. |

Phantasm - Healer? (gear?)
Some of the people on the list I know are raid ready. There are others that could use more gear from Heroic runs. And Justice Point gears. Please work on getting your Exhalted Gears, Justice Point Gears, Heroic Gears.
Definitely NO greens for RAIDS.
Heroics are HARD.
Raids are even harder. If you're not raid geared, please speak up and let us know and see if we can do some guild heroics to get you Justice Points and heroic gears. Grind more for rept. gears. Do TB for the epic trinket. |

I can raid anytime, but would much prefer our old schedule of Tuesday/Wednesday 6-10 server.
On nights where I have to work the next morning (i.e. Sunday thru Thursday) the latest I can stay is 11pm server (midnight Eastern).
My iLevel is 340 - should get it up this weekend to be around 346 and raid ready.
I'm a healer as always. |
