ATM I am pretty much able to make every raid, keep in Mind that I am currently computerless do to parent issues... I have been going to a computer cafe recently. So when you hear a bunch of background noise, you now know why.

Also my schedule goes as following. I am still in School (graduating in May 2006 WOOT!!!) and after school i go home for about 3 hours. Will usually be logged on around 5:00 ST. This goes for every day of the week except for Fridays. Friday I work all night. Saturdays & Sundays are always iffy. I could either work in morning shift or the night shift. So if I'm not attendant to Saturdays raid you now know why.

Currently I can't make anything useful from my professons other then Refined Deprock Salt for Cured Rugged Hides. I can make some pretty sweet Blues for rogues though.

To inform why I left the guild... I joined BiP thinking that this was a non drama guild, at least what i was told. I was consistant to every raid since i joined, and was always willing to help the other guild memebers around me when they needed a hand, wether it be farming for doing PvP.

I was always questioning myself, do I want to go through this drama with BiP? I made up my mind the other night. When I was told that Crown of destruction wouldnt go to me because of my boss kill points. I was upset about it, but was ok with the fact that tristie would be picking it up if I wasnt. Me trying to talk to Athore is out of the question cause he seems like whatever DPS gear drops he will take. So it was useless me arguing anymore about getting the helm.

What got to me was Morluck telling me "Try working on your Boss Kill Points". He said it in a way that semed like I was hardly making any of the raids. So me telling him that I have earned every Boss Kill Point that has been available to me since I joined the guild. Didnt know that would light morluck up so much. Honestly no guild leader should yell at anyone like that if he expects to have a strong guild. Him going off on me obviously showed Morlucks bad side which caused a few to /gquit.

I am sorry for your loss. I left BiP because of Morluck's leading plans. Not because of loot. To those that I became friends with while in BiP, hope to continue speaking with you.

Did Morluck yell. Yes. Was it deserved some would argue the point. Me I think you need to slap the kids once in awhile. You didn't even have the respect to wait an hour after he asked the raid to stop getting worked up over loot to get upset about loot. If you had been a pro and read the loot rules you would know that you haven't earned the crown. Athore however has been to almost every run since we were wipping on Baron. Does athore want dps gear sure. You know how much dps gear he has actually looted out of MC/BWL NONE. GG Have fun running UBRS.

K. I did'nt win the CoD. I accepted that fact. There was nothing I could do about it. I spoke with all the hunters that were ahead of me in MPS if they would pass it to me if it dropped and both lonestriker and Tristie agreed to only if I would get it. Since 3 weeks of being at every raid there is to go to isnt enough reason for me to get the priority loot rule, I did'nt get it.

Sure, I was upset about it, considering ive downed ragnaros about 20-25 times and never has the CoD droped. I knew Tristie had the same problem and wanted it aswell. So her passing to me was very kind. Thats why i was not upset anymore after she got the crown. I was upset about how the loot rules were in my case.

So when Morluck insults me, saying basically I'm not working hard enough on my Boss Kill Points, of course I have something to say about it. Me saying "Iv'e been earning all the BKP I can since I joined the guild is not good reason for a Guild leader to flip out over vent like that. If I'm wrong, apparently I need to be told how a good guild is run.

O and just checking... Was that hour conversation we had, huh, or should I say thaat hour long lecture Morluck had, mainly about trying to keep the guild strong by keepng members in the guild? I believe it was. Mostly all I heard was its hard to lead a guild when half of the raid members arent in the guild. And maybe somethings about how raid invites will go. Not once did I hear about loot rules. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I think people are really starting to lack perspective. Morluck i believe already apologized verbally about yelling (and i respect that) and knows it wasn't the right decision to make, so whether that was appropriate or not isn't up for debate. He probably hasnt had a chance to post it officially on the website as he is halfway across the country right now on personally leave till today.
Tirany was new to the guild, and attended as much as one could. I think he would have been a dedicated guildmate, and I understand his reasoning on questioning the decision made. As far as the loot prioritiy goes, Some people, including myself and possibly tirany, was under the impression that armor designed for a class based on the material it was made (cloth for mages/warlocks/priests, leather for druids/rogues, mail for hunters, plate for warriors/paladins) were not considered cross class items unless the classes in contestation wore the same material, i.e. rogues and druids.
Tiggar, bringing into question has absolutely nothing to do with Tirany's lack of respect. If he is going to spend 20-30 hours a week raiding, he has the right to have questions and concerns on rules that dictate the compensation for his dedication, so don't be so quick to judge.
Our leader's can ask and expect a certain level of respect when being addressed, and as long as that respect is given, no one should be afraid or bullied into not speaking their mind.
People will discuss their concerns whether anyone likes it or not. They will either be brought to the forefront, or kept hidden between groups of friends. If they aren't brought to the forefront, there will be speculation, misunderstanding, and possibly the loss of more guild mates.
Boss Kills != Guild committment, its a measure of how much time someone has spent in an instance, and it needs to stop being used to measure one's committment to the guild.

Tirany, it sucks to lose a competent hunter, but good luck man. No hard feelings here.

He does have the right to question. However as a pro if he had read the loot rules he would have known the answer and could have questioned the rules at a more appropriate time.
