shall i make a recruitment post on archimonde?

I'd be interested in going with my paladin if you guys are LFM, its got decent ret and prot gear. I have been crafting what I can for it, just started to do heroics today, did 25 man satharion and archavon yesterday. I haven't picked up any healing gear though.

great for now we like to run heroics regularly to prepare for nax as well

i can run as ret-dps or healing.

although at the moment i am better geared on the dps side.

I think we were just talking about this exact same thing on the <e> boards earlier on.

From what it looks like to me; pretty much all the active people in <BiP> are either Warrior or Paladins. Not exactly the most diverse crowd of classes. It seems like everyone stopped healing once they made spell damage and spell healing the same. This sort of makes me want to level my priest or something else just for diversity - everyone is a warrior or paladin now.

In any case; I'm a long way from 80 but who knows. My exams are done on Saturday so perhaps I will catch up to the rest of you. [Besides you know you all want the 1% draenei hit aura ;] ]

Let's look for close friends and guild members first before recruiting. I would love to run raids again but it would not be possible for me to go hardcore mode... which means no more 25 man for me. Luckily we can beat the game 10 man Smile

2 Tanks- Any tanks work although a pally actually works really well on some encounters. Warrior and prot pally (or feral druid) would be nice.
3 Healers- Aoe and Direct heals. A mix is really important and A druid for Hots its extremely important for some fights that cause Stuns or Silences (Or a lot of movement). I recommend pally, druid and priest.
5 Dps- With the recent changes a variety of dps works great but make sure theres at least a Mage or Lock for Aoe. I would also recommend ret pally or spriest as mana battery. Melee heavy dps group may require enhanced shammy for optimal dps. Hunter/spriest/mage (lock)/enhance shammy/rogue (warr) would be nice.

I can post strats and raid organization plans etc once we have nuff people geared in heroic stuff.

10 man naxx is easy for hardcore raiders who's been raiding full time... it's not that easy for casual raiders... so try to overgear yourself. If you look at the blizzard forums, there're pre raids gears for every class... look for them and farm farm farm.

I been doing various heroics and other pugs lately and have been building up a set for healing. Preferably though I would like to see more of a dps role as we reestablish ourselves in the future.

Feel free to comment on my setup thus far as I am still looking for a few more pieces to upgrade. My Armory

As more people in the guild become level 80, hopefully they take it upon themselves to get prepared for raiding in whatever way they can. Doing heroics for badges and appropriate gear, getting reputation with various factions for the enchants etc. With raid sizes cut down from 40, we must be lean and 'cut the fat' so to speak.

The sooner this happens, the sooner we can go into Naxx and beyond as a guild and kill the bosses.

Flo, I understand your reluctance for raiding anything higher than 10 man, but never say never. Cool

So...I decide to not lvl my priest..I have stopped at lvl 76, but if you guys need, Im really thinking in start to heal again...I got a little tired of shadow specs, but w/e...let me know...right now Im lvling my DK, he is lvl 74 yet, but I can play a little harder to lvl...
I know Phantasm was looking forward to raids too, and he is lvl 80 already...
