Hi guys,
I'm Rysc, Second Knight of TFK, part-time Guild Leader i guess.

It has come to my attention that we get quite a few of our members applying to you guys.

Whilst i am not really happy to be losing geared out members who cannot be bothered to stick around and learn *the next instance*, i understand that we will have people like this, as you guys seem to be the next step up for our members.

Feel free to come to me with any applicants from our guild, i will give you an honest assessment of them as players and as people, i do not see any point in bitterness playing a role here.

That being said, they will be instantly removed from our guild, regardless of your response to their application as we do not consider ourselves a feeder guild to be taken advantage of as the next best thing.

You aren't stealing them..they come to you of their own accord...and they either get refused or not refused.

Of the ones who have applied here, the one we were upset to lose was Fere.

But any others will be given fair words as to their pro's and cons.

You guys are further ahead than us, thats an unavoidable fact Smile

, but we are catching up to the other guilds slowly but steadily.

If its not fast enough for people then i guess they will move on Smile
